First, we meet to discuss your needs. Following that, we'll need to sign a contract. Then, you send us all assets we'll need and we'll build a draft for you to review. We'll review that together and address any feedback/changes and move forward to release the website once it's approved.
The timeline can vary depending on the size of the project. Most websites can have a design and initial draft ready for review within 7 days of being provided all the content and assets needed.
The price includes the initial domain purchase, website setup, designs, and revisions. An ongoing maintenance/hosting package can be paid monthly for us to handle hosting, otherwise hosting will be handled by you.
In most cases, we offer unlimited revisions within scope of the contract. For example, most changes to a page, styling, or content will be included. However, if we agree upon a static website, we cannot accomodate requests to add complex animations, integrations, and other time intensive tasks.
Pricing can vary depending on the needs of each project, which is why we only list a starting price. Depending on how many pages are needed, complexity of pages, animations, form, integrations, etc. There are many variables so we can't provide an actual estimate until we've had a chance to discuss your needs. We also offer long-term support, minor changes to the website and hosting for a monthly fee.
We have options for a 6 month contract that will allow you to pay for the website over the duration. The cost will be slightly higher due to including hosting and management fees during that duration. Once the full payment term is complete, the website and ownership can be transferred to you.
If we can't agree on an initial design and direction, we will refund you the initial payment. If we proceed and build the site, we cannot guarantee a refund can be provided, but we will do our best to accomodate and make changes that fit your liking.
YOU own the site. Once the contract is complete, you have full ownership of the site and can also take over hosting, domain management, etc if you don't want to continue with our services.
Yes, we offer a package for ongoing support, hosting, domain management, and minor page edits. This is a monthly fee.
Yes, while we do purchase and manage it initially, the domain can be transferred to you at any time.
